EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
MIRTO will gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged, unwashed merchandise purchased online or by phone within 30 days of original purchase date and with original labels still attached.
Please, consider we can not accept exchange on underwear and face mask due to hygienic reasons. Neither the return of last items or OUTLET products (above 50% discount) could be accepted. All altered or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. MIRTO is not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item such as dry cleaning and wear.
