The customer must follow the instructions that appear on the screen to carry through the purchase process. At any moment the customer may correct mistakes, change the data introduced, change the content of the shopping basket or cancel the entire order during the purchase process and before placing the order.

The order is formalized through the Web by clicking on the "Finish the order" button.

-Attach as much information as possible (in case of a defective item include photographs of said product)

PAYMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
You can pay by way of bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX) or PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal.
Credit cards may have been declined for one of the following reasons:
- The card could have expired. Check the validity date of your card.
- You may have entered some incorrect information. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
- You may have exceeded your credit limit. Contact your bank to verify that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit by said.
You must enter said code in the "Discount code" field box that will appear during your purchase information process.
Discount codes do NOT apply to discounted products and only one can be applied per order.
