We regret that we cannot accept product exchanges or returns purchased in the OUTLET as they are products with over 50% discount over the original purchase price. Likewise, products for personal or intimate use, such as masks, underwear, or personalized products, altered or “made to measure" or to order are not subject to exchanges & returns.

Each exchange & return request will be treated in a personalized manner by our Customer Service Department, whom will contact you by phone or email should any incidents arise. The normal processing time is approximately one week. During festive periods, or those with high commercial intensity, this response time might be slightly increased.
Reimbursement of returned products will be made through the same payment means with which the purchase was carried out, and once the returned products have been received and their condition verified in our logistic centre. Please take into account that it may take 48/72 hours to receive said reimbursement in your bank account counting from the date when you will be notified of the return. It may take between 48/72 hours to receive said reimbursement in your account depending on each bank’s guidelines. The costs of the first shipment, if applicable, are not reimbursable in case of returns & exchanges.
