EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
MIRTO will gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged, unwashed merchandise purchased online or by phone within 15 days of original purchase date and with original labels still attached.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. MIRTO is not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item such as dry cleaning and wear.
Exchanges & Returns are NOT allowed on SALES ITEMS.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS PROCEDURES
To proceed with the exchange or return of items please contact our customer service and we will let you know how to proceed. You may reach us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us Monday to Friday 10:00 to 17:00 hrs (EST) at +1 (305) 775-6904.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please contact us to ensure that the new item is available. We will ship the exchange to you at our expense.
Refunds: If you would like a refund, there will be $7.50 cost of return shipping which will be deducted from your refund.
Send via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise. No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted.
Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. We will issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification when the credit has been issued.
