EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
MIRTO will gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged, unwashed merchandise purchased online or by phone within 30 days of original purchase date and with original labels still attached.
Exceptionally, due to the festive season, we have extended the period for changes and returns until January 10th, 2022, for all purchases made between 11/25/2021 and 12/10/2021.
Please, consider we can not accept exchange on underwear and face mask due to hygienic reasons. Neither the return of last items or OUTLET products (above 50% discount) could be accepted. All altered or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
